Summertime bliss

CSA chef salad with maple-dijon vinaigrette and garlic bread from KAF's honey-oat pain de mie

followed by homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream in a homemade waffle cone


  1. Mmm, mint chocolate chip. You know, I don't think I've actually made a homemade version of that! I ate gallons and gallons of it when I was pregnant with Gillian, and while I am still willing to eat it, I don't go out of my way to find it.

  2. That salad looks wonderful...I am a salad fiend all year around. The ice cream cone looks good as well (without the little dark bits, of course).
